How do you keep it looking new?
Diamond is forever. Settings are engineering.
The stone will outlast everything around it. Care is about the metal, the claws and the clasp.
← All answersEveryday care
Warm water, a drop of dish soap and a soft brush restore most of the life a diamond loses to skin oils and sunscreen. A few minutes, monthly, is enough.
Take pieces off for gym, garden and heavy lifting—not because the diamond is fragile, but because claws and chains are.
Scheduled checks
Claws wear microscopically with every knock. An annual inspection—claw tension, clasp action, chain wear—catches problems while they are free to fix.
DD service records follow the piece, so any jeweller can see its history.
Warranty
Making faults are DD’s responsibility for the life of the piece and are stated on the invoice. Wear, impact and third-party work are not—also stated, in the same plain language.
The rule is the same as everywhere else at DD: nothing important lives in fine print.
