When does it arrive—and what if it is wrong?
A date you can plan around. A return you can actually use.
Ready Now means verified stock with a real dispatch day. Made-to-order means an honest production window. Both are commitments.
← All answersReady Now versus made-to-order
Ready Now pieces are under DD control with verified specification and a stated dispatch date—not a shipping estimate generated at checkout.
Made-to-order pieces show a production window before you commit, and a deposit holds the schedule. If a date cannot be met, DD says so before payment, not after.
Delivery
Every piece travels insured and tracked, New Zealand-wide, signature on arrival. The delivery state is visible from dispatch to door.
The return window does not start until the piece and its certificate are in your hands.
Resizing, remakes and returns
First resizing is part of the service, not a negotiation. If the piece is not right, the return path is stated on the invoice in plain language.
Because origin, price and specification were disclosed from the start, returns are administrative—not an argument.
